Q – Where do I find available rentals?

A – In addition to the “Properties for Rent” page, we also have a list that can be emailed or faxed to you at your request. Simply e-mail us at info@pocatellops.com to let us know how you would like the list forwarded. Keep in mind that all of our listings may not be posted on our website and that our rental list may contain additional listings.

Q – How do I get started?

A – Now more than ever, we live in a very busy world. Here are a few steps that can save you time. Select the property or properties you would like to view and call us for details on check out a key. A key deposit is required and a copy of your drivers license or state issued I.D. To fill out a rental application click here. This form must be completed and submitted online or printed out and returned to Pocatello Property Specialists along with a $35.00 per person application fee in addition to the required security deposit. Once the application process is completed and approved, an appointment will be scheduled to sign a lease agreement and collect any additional monies due.

Q – How wold do I have to be to apply for a rental?

A – Each Applicant must be 18 or older

Q – What if I have questions about my security deposit, where to pay my rent, etc?

A – You lease agreement is a comprehensive outline of terms and information. Most questions can be answered by referring to your lease.

Q – What if I misplace my lease?

A – Email us at info@pocatellops.com and we will forward you a copy of your lease agreement.

Q – What if I have an emergency or a maintenance issue?

A – All our contact information can be found on the “Contact Us” tab. Please keep in mind the urgency of an emergency, such as a water leak. It is the tenants obligation to report such situations immediately. Tenants may be liable for damages caused by unreported problems.

Q – What if I cannot find an answer to my question?
